4. Our lawful bases (UK GDPR Article 6)
- Consent — for the live chat widget, any marketing follow-ups, and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries you send us and to run and secure our business, balanced against your rights.
- Contract — to deliver a course or programme you have purchased or enrolled in.
- Legal obligation — to keep records we are required by law to hold.
5. Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us run the business, under contract:

- IONOS SE — website hosting and email delivery.
- Professional advisers and authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (including HighLevel/LeadConnector) are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and contact data for 24 months after our last contact, and client and learner records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal/tax obligations (typically 6 years), after which it is securely deleted.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; have it corrected or erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below — we will respond within one month.
9. Cookies
We use only essential cookies by default. Non-essential cookies (such as our live chat) load only with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and manage your choices any time via the link.
