What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help sites work, remember your choices, and (in some cases) gather statistics. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way. This policy explains which we use and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

We load only strictly necessary cookies by default. Non-essential cookies — our live chat widget and Google's advertising & measurement tags — are not set until you give consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time.

to manage which cookies we may use on your device.

1. Strictly necessary

Always active. These are required for the site to function and to remember your cookie preference. They do not track you.

2. Functional — Live chat

Loads only with your consent. Our live chat is provided by HighLevel / LeadConnector. When enabled, it sets cookies from leadconnectorhq.com to run the chat session and recognise you across messages.

3. Analytics & advertising

Loads only with your consent. We use Google's tag for two purposes: Google Analytics 4 (anonymous usage statistics, so we can see how the site is used and improve it) and Google Ads conversion measurement (to know which campaigns bring people here). When you consent, Google may set cookies to measure usage and attribute conversions.

We run Google's tag in Consent Mode: until you opt in, it operates in a cookieless mode that does not identify you or store data on your device. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set.

A note on fonts & media

To protect your privacy, embedded media and our booking calendar load from our providers only when you interact with them. Where we use third-party fonts we do so under their standard terms.

Controlling cookies in your browser

Besides our cookie settings, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working. Guidance for common browsers is available at aboutcookies.org.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy as our tools change; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will ask for fresh consent when required. Questions? Email info@dstccoltd.com.
